Choose How Early Your Bot Joins

Want CoRecruit in the room before everyone else, or joining right on the dot? Now you decide.

Here's what you can do:

• Set your bot to join 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, or 10 minutes before your meeting's scheduled start
• Give it a buffer to clear waiting rooms and lobbies before things really get going
• Skip the early arrival altogether and have it join right on time

How it works
Head to Settings → General, and under Bot Settings you'll find Bot Early Join Timing. Pick your preferred lead time from the dropdown, CoRecruit saves it automatically.

This only applies to meetings scheduled from now on. To apply the new timing to meetings already on your calendar, disconnect and reconnect your calendar under Integrations.
