Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) is now live in CoRecruit

You can now control exactly what each person on your team can see and do in CoRecruit.

With role-based access, your team admins can assign roles to every member using our three built-in roles (Viewer, Contributor, and Admin) or creating custom roles tailored to how your team works.

What this means for your team:

  • Assign the right level of access to every team member
  • Create custom roles with exactly the permissions you need
  • Manage members and roles in one place under Settings → Roles

Get started: How to manage roles in CoRecruit for admins setting up and assigning roles What role-based access means for you for team members wanting to understand their access

Review your notes before they hit your ATS. Manual push is here!

Take control of your meeting notes before they reach your ATS

Until now, CoRecruit pushed your AI-generated notes to your ATS automatically as soon as a meeting finished processing. That worked well for many of you, but we heard from plenty of recruiters who wanted a chance to review and tidy up notes before they appeared on a candidate record.

So we built it.

You now have three options for how your meeting notes are handled, configured per ATS integration under Settings → Integrations:

On that page, click on your connected integration, and you will see these options.

1. Push Notes Automatically The default. Notes go straight to your ATS as soon as processing completes, no action needed.

2. Push Notes Manually After Review Notes are held in CoRecruit until you're ready. Open any meeting, go to the Database Notes tab, make any edits you need, and hit Push Notes to ATS when you're satisfied. A status indicator will show you whether notes are pending, pushed, or have been edited since the last push.

3. Do Not Push Notes Notes stay in CoRecruit only and are never sent to your ATS. Useful if you manage ATS notes through a separate workflow.

This works with every ATS integration CoRecruit supports.

A note if you had "Do Not Push Notes" previously enabled, your setting has been preserved automatically. Nothing has changed for you.

Your meetings now name themselves, meet "Smart Meeting Titles"

Smart Meeting Titles are here!

Tired of scrolling through a list of "CoRecruit Meeting: Mar 16th 12:04 pm" to find the one you need?

Smart Meeting Titles automatically renames your meetings based on what was actually discussed, so instead of a timestamp, you'll see something like "Final Interview: Head of Growth, Culture & Comp Discussion."

It works on any meeting that CoRecruit named automatically. If you've already given a meeting a title yourself in your calendar or on CoRecruit, we won't change it.

You're in control of how this works. Head to Settings → Meeting Settings and choose from three options for "Meeting Title Behaviour":

  • AI-generated titles — AI renames all your default-titled meetings (on by default)
  • Prefer contact names — VoIP calls keep the contact name from your ATS; everything else gets AI-renamed
  • Don't rename meetings — keeps things exactly as they are

Quil now predicts your meeting type 🔮

Quil can now predict your meeting type based on the conversation 😯 That means less setup, cleaner notes, and more accurate follow-ups.

Good to know:
- This won’t override your defaults or manual picks
- Especially helpful for VoIP & video calls (where meeting types are often skipped)

Think of it as a little mind reading ... without the creepy vibes 😉

👉 This feature is in early access. Reach out
here or to support@quil.ai if you’d like it turned on.

Get stronger follow-ups with meeting attachments 📎

Upload up to 5 files to a meeting—resumes, JDs, cover letters, you name it—and Quil will fold them right into your follow-up materials.

That means more complete submittals and polished resumes, not just notes.

Forgot to upload before or during your call? No problem—add them after and regenerate your follow-up materials to get the upgraded version
