RESOLVED: Delayed processing of some calls and meetings.

This has now been resolved.

A few of our customers are still experiencing slower meeting processing. We are monitoring this, and expect meeting processing times to be back to normal shortly.

We’re currently experiencing delays in processing some call and meeting recordings due to an ongoing issue with one of our transcription providers. 

Your recordings are not lost. All affected calls and meetings have been safely captured and will be processed automatically once the issue is resolved.

We’re actively monitoring the situation and will update this page as soon as normal processing resumes. Thanks for your patience.

RESOLVED: Temporary Issue: Incoming VoIP Calls Not Ringing in Browser

Note: This issue has now been resolved.

We’re currently experiencing an issue where incoming VoIP calls are not ringing in the browser.

Our team is actively investigating and working on a fix. This is a temporary issue, and we’ll post an update as soon as it’s resolved.

RESOLVED: We're investigating issues reported with local meeting recording

This issue has been resolved.

----

We’re investigating an issue where local recording may fail for some meetings.

Please check that audio is actively being received by Quil. You should see the audio level bar moving next to the microphone icon during the call. If no movement is visible, local recording is not working for that meeting.

This is a quick video that shows you how you can fix this issue in your browser and re-enable local audio recording.

Workaround:

If you still see that no audio is being recorded, please record the meeting locally on your computer or phone, then upload the recording to Quil for processing.

Resolved: Monitoring Zoom bot connection issues

Quil Zoom bots may fail to connect to meetings for some accounts. A fix has been released and should resolve the issue going forward. Please contact Quil support if you are facing any connection issues.

Action Required - Outlook Calendar Sync Issue

We had a temporary disruption affecting Microsoft Outlook calendar connections.

If your calendar isn’t syncing or meetings aren’t auto-joining, please disconnect and reconnect your Outlook calendar to restore normal operation.

We have been notified of delayed calendar syncing for Google and Microsoft Outlook calendars. 

We believe it is a carry over issue from the Cloudflare outage yesterday.

RESOLVED: Media Playback, Local Recording & Uploads Temporarily Unavailable Due to Azure Outage

We’ve confirmed an outage with Microsoft Azure’s Front Door service, which is temporarily affecting Quil’s ability to upload and stream recordings.

This is currently impacting:

  • Call recording playback
  • Snippet playback
  • Local recording uploads

Good news: Calls are still being captured, transcribed, and processed correctly.
