We’re investigating an issue where local recording may fail for some meetings.
Please check that audio is actively being received by Quil. You should see the audio level bar moving next to the microphone icon during the call. If no movement is visible, local recording is not working for that meeting.
This is a quick video that shows you how you can fix this issue in your browser and re-enable local audio recording.
Workaround:
If you still see that no audio is being recorded, please record the meeting locally on your computer or phone, then upload the recording to Quil for processing.
