Resolved: AWS Outage Issues: All Systems Operational.
Update: All systems operational at 7pm EST. All bots and outbound calls appear to be working as expected now.
We’re currently seeing an Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage in the US East region, which is causing disruptions for Quil.
Right now, meeting bots are not able to join Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Webex calls, whether automatically or when added manually. Outbound phone calls may also fail to connect.
Important: If the Quil bot isn’t in your meeting, it isn’t recording.
In the meantime, you can:
- Record locally and upload your file later
- Upload an existing recording once the meeting is done
We’re in close contact with our sub-processors and AWS to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience while we work through it.
