Scheduled Maintenance Window Addressing Recent Cloudflare Downtime - Completed Successfully

Our scheduled maintenance is now complete and all systems are fully operational.

As a reminder, this work was done to reduce our dependency on Cloudflare and implement a long-term fix for the intermittent reliability issues some of you may have experienced over the past couple of weeks. We're confident these changes will meaningfully improve the stability of CoRecruit going forward.

Everything should be back to normal including the dialer, calendar syncing, and real-time features. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team and we'll look into it right away.

Thank you for your patience tonight. We really appreciate it.

------

Over the past couple of weeks, you may have experienced intermittent reliability issues with CoRecruit. These were caused by scheduled maintenance and outages from Cloudflare, one of our core infrastructure sub-processors.

Tonight, we're taking proactive steps to reduce our dependency on Cloudflare and implement a long-term fix to prevent these issues from affecting you going forward.

When: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST (Tuesday, 1–3 PM AEDT / 3–5 PM NZDT)

During this window, you may experience brief interruptions to:

  • Calendar syncing and real-time features
  • Caller ID verification
  • The dialer

We don't expect the full two hours to be needed, we're just giving ourselves enough buffer to complete and verify the changes safely. If you need to record a meeting during this window, use the desktop app for local recording as a backup.

We'll post an update here as soon as everything is confirmed operational. Thank you for your patience, we know reliability is critical to your workflow and we're committed to getting this right.
