Recall.ai has identified the root cause and their systems are operating normally again. Bots should now be joining video calls as expected.

They are continuing to monitor closely and applying additional measures to ensure the issue is fully addressed. A final confirmation update is expected by 11:00AM PDT.

Current status: Service has resumed. Recall.ai is applying final measures to confirm full resolution.

We'll post a final update once Recall.ai confirms everything is fully resolved. Thanks for your patience throughout this.

----

Recall.ai has identified the issue and is actively applying mitigations. They've committed to a further update by 8:15AM PDT. You can follow the incident in real time on our status page at https://status.corecruit.com

Current status: Recovering. Recall.ai has identified the root cause and mitigations are in progress. Some bots are joining successfully; others may still be affected.

In the meantime The CoRecruit desktop app remains fully operational and can be used to record your meetings.

We'll post another update once full service is confirmed restored.

----

We're aware that bots are currently unable to join video calls. Recall.ai, our video bot infrastructure provider, is experiencing API timeouts and bot failures in their us-east-1 region. You can follow their incident in real time on the Recall.ai status page.

Who is affected: All users attempting to start or schedule bot-joined meetings.

Current status: Investigating. Recall.ai has an active incident underway and has committed to a status update shortly. Resolution is dependent on their team.

In the meantime: There is no workaround at this time. We recommend holding off on scheduling new bot-joined calls until the issue is resolved. In the meantime, the CoRecruit desktop app is fully operational and can be used to record your meetings. If you haven't already, please download the CoRecruit Desktop app through the links in our website footer - https://corecruit.com

We'll post an update here once service is restored. If you're affected and need immediate help, contact our support team.

Resolved: Delays with calendar syncing and meeting processing — we're working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We wanted to give you a heads-up about two issues we're currently working on fixes for.

Calendar syncing delays: Some users are experiencing delays in calendars syncing across the app. Our team is actively working on a fix and you should see an improvement very soon.

Meeting processing delays: If you've recently finished a meeting and don't see the processed results yet, please rest assured that your call data is safe and captured. Our processing queue is simply longer than usual, which is causing a backlog in generating your final summaries and analytics. Our engineering team is actively working to clear the backlog and restore normal processing speeds.

We apologise for any disruption this may cause and thank you for your patience while we get everything back up to speed. We'll keep you updated as things improve.

Resolved - We've noticed some adhoc bot errors.

What's happening: We have noticed a high number of errors related to adhoc bot creation. The issue appears to be related to a sub-processor and we are actively investigating.

Impact: Adding adhoc video bots to meetings may fail. Scheduled recordings are not affected.

In the meantime: if you encounter an error when adding an adhoc bot, wait 1 minute and try again. We'll post an update here as soon as we have more information.

Scheduled Maintenance Window Addressing Recent Cloudflare Downtime - Completed Successfully

Our scheduled maintenance is now complete and all systems are fully operational.

As a reminder, this work was done to reduce our dependency on Cloudflare and implement a long-term fix for the intermittent reliability issues some of you may have experienced over the past couple of weeks. We're confident these changes will meaningfully improve the stability of CoRecruit going forward.

Everything should be back to normal including the dialer, calendar syncing, and real-time features. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team and we'll look into it right away.

Thank you for your patience tonight. We really appreciate it.

------

Over the past couple of weeks, you may have experienced intermittent reliability issues with CoRecruit. These were caused by scheduled maintenance and outages from Cloudflare, one of our core infrastructure sub-processors.

Tonight, we're taking proactive steps to reduce our dependency on Cloudflare and implement a long-term fix to prevent these issues from affecting you going forward.

When: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST (Tuesday, 1–3 PM AEDT / 3–5 PM NZDT)

During this window, you may experience brief interruptions to:

  • Calendar syncing and real-time features
  • Caller ID verification
  • The dialer

We don't expect the full two hours to be needed, we're just giving ourselves enough buffer to complete and verify the changes safely. If you need to record a meeting during this window, use the desktop app for local recording as a backup.

We'll post an update here as soon as everything is confirmed operational. Thank you for your patience, we know reliability is critical to your workflow and we're committed to getting this right.

Review your notes before they hit your ATS. Manual push is here!

Take control of your meeting notes before they reach your ATS

Until now, CoRecruit pushed your AI-generated notes to your ATS automatically as soon as a meeting finished processing. That worked well for many of you, but we heard from plenty of recruiters who wanted a chance to review and tidy up notes before they appeared on a candidate record.

So we built it.

You now have three options for how your meeting notes are handled, configured per ATS integration under Settings → Integrations:

On that page, click on your connected integration, and you will see these options.

1. Push Notes Automatically The default. Notes go straight to your ATS as soon as processing completes, no action needed.

2. Push Notes Manually After Review Notes are held in CoRecruit until you're ready. Open any meeting, go to the Database Notes tab, make any edits you need, and hit Push Notes to ATS when you're satisfied. A status indicator will show you whether notes are pending, pushed, or have been edited since the last push.

3. Do Not Push Notes Notes stay in CoRecruit only and are never sent to your ATS. Useful if you manage ATS notes through a separate workflow.

This works with every ATS integration CoRecruit supports.

Read the full guide →

A note if you had "Do Not Push Notes" previously enabled, your setting has been preserved automatically. Nothing has changed for you.

Resolved: Dashboard Loading Issues

Some users may be experiencing slow loading times in the app dashboard. We believe this is related to scheduled maintenance currently being performed by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, which may be causing a slight increase in latency for some regions.

We are monitoring the situation closely. If you experience issues, please try refreshing your browser.
