Meeting Bots Issue Resolved - Recall.ai Outage Fixed.

Update: Our meeting bots and transcription service are back up and running. All services have been fully restored as of 2:45 PM UTC today.

If you missed a recording during the outage, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help.

Our meeting bots are currently unable to join calls due to an ongoing issue with one of our service providers. We're monitoring the situation closely and will share updates as they become available.

In the meantime, if you have an immediate meeting to record, please use the CoRecruit desktop app and record locally as a workaround.

Dashboard Loading Issues - Monitoring

Some users may be experiencing slow loading times in the app dashboard. We believe this is related to scheduled maintenance currently being performed by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, which may be causing a slight increase in latency for some regions.

Your meetings now name themselves, meet "Smart Meeting Titles"

Smart Meeting Titles are here!

Tired of scrolling through a list of "CoRecruit Meeting: Mar 16th 12:04 pm" to find the one you need?

Smart Meeting Titles automatically renames your meetings based on what was actually discussed, so instead of a timestamp, you'll see something like "Final Interview: Head of Growth, Culture & Comp Discussion."

It works on any meeting that CoRecruit named automatically. If you've already given a meeting a title yourself in your calendar or on CoRecruit, we won't change it.

You're in control of how this works. Head to Settings → Meeting Settings and choose from three options for "Meeting Title Behaviour":

  • AI-generated titles — AI renames all your default-titled meetings (on by default)
  • Prefer contact names — VoIP calls keep the contact name from your ATS; everything else gets AI-renamed
  • Don't rename meetings — keeps things exactly as they are

RESOLVED: Slow Transcription Times

We're currently experiencing longer than usual transcription processing times for meetings. Some meetings may take up to 30 minutes to complete.

Our team is actively investigating the root cause of this slowdown and will provide updates as we learn more.

One of our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare) is currently performing maintenance that may cause intermittent slowdowns or brief outages of 1–2 minutes.

RESOLVED: We're investigating an increase in failed Caller ID validations

Update: If you were affected by this issue, please reach out to customer support, we will resolve this for you at our end.

We’ve identified a technical issue affecting the registration of new caller ID phone numbers on CoRecruit.

  • The Issue: An increase in failed validations is preventing new numbers from being added to your CoRecruit account.
  • Current Status: Our engineering team is Investigating the root cause and actively working on a fix.
  • Impact: Minor. Existing verified caller IDs are unaffected and will continue to work as expected.

We apologize for the interruption and will provide an update as soon as a fix is deployed.

RESOLVED: Delayed processing of some calls and meetings.

This has now been resolved.

A few of our customers are still experiencing slower meeting processing. We are monitoring this, and expect meeting processing times to be back to normal shortly.

We’re currently experiencing delays in processing some call and meeting recordings due to an ongoing issue with one of our transcription providers. 

Your recordings are not lost. All affected calls and meetings have been safely captured and will be processed automatically once the issue is resolved.

RESOLVED: We're investigating issues reported with local meeting recording

This issue has been resolved.

We’re investigating an issue where local recording may fail for some meetings.

Please check that audio is actively being received by Quil. You should see the audio level bar moving next to the microphone icon during the call. If no movement is visible, local recording is not working for that meeting.

This is a quick video that shows you how you can fix this issue in your browser and re-enable local audio recording.

Workaround:

If you still see that no audio is being recorded, please record the meeting locally on your computer or phone, then upload the recording to Quil for processing.
